Respect fellow attendees, performers, and local elders. KCTF 2026 celebrates Bakiga culture; abusive language or disruptive conduct results in immediate escort off festival grounds.

Bag inspections and identity checks operate at all Eco Resort Mzimera access gates. Professional stewards and local police ensure a safe environment for all families.

Narcotics are strictly forbidden. Licensed festival vendors sell alcohol exclusively to adults aged 18 and over presenting recognized identification.

Photography Policy

Weapons, fireworks, glass containers, illicit drugs, single-use plastics, and unauthorized commercial banners are strictly banned from all venue areas.

Personal smartphones and small cameras are welcomed throughout public zones. Drones and professional film rigs require pre-approved press credentials.

COVID-19 Policy

All ticket purchases for KCTF 2026 are final and non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or official rescheduling, passes remain valid for the new dates.

The festival operates under active Uganda Ministry of Health guidelines. Hand sanitation stations and emergency medical personnel remain accessible across all festival zones.
